Maven has a team of stellar producers and developers, and first-look deals with award-winning producers.

Jessica Sebastian-Dayeh is the founder of Maven, overseeing all creative and day-to-day operations. The company launched in 2021 and has produced multiple series for a variety of streamers and has additional projects in development, and a podcast due to launch in 2024. Additionally, the company has brand clients.

Formerly President of Sirens at ITV Entertainment, Sebastian played an integral role in redefining and elevating the Sirens brand and growing the company with new series and partnerships. Sebastian previously served at USA Network where she was Head of Alternative Programming.  Prior to her time at USA, she was Vice President of current and development of Electus overseeing a varied slate of formats.   

Sebastian’s credits include: The Marriage Pact  (Roku), Taken Together (Max), Addison Goes Home (Snapchat), The Wedding Coach (Netflix), Lost Resort (Max), Nikita: Unfiltered (Snapchat), Honestly Loren (Snapchat), Real Housewives of New Jersey (Bravo), Four Weddings (TLC), The Four (Fox), The Taken (TLC), Southern Justice (National Geographic), The Rachel Zoe Project (Bravo), Wife Swap (ABC), Ink Master (Spike), What Not To Wear (TLC), and Made (MTV).

Maven is represented by WME. The team of agents includes Maggie Pisacane, Meghan Mackenzie, Addie Poris, and Danielle Hammer.
