FOUNDER

Jessica Sebastian-Dayeh is the founder and CEO of Maven. Sebastian launched Maven in 2021, bringing more than two decades of experience as a producer, showrunner and director to the venture. Recent Maven credits include new home renovation series Home is Where the Heart Is (Hallmark+), hosted by Luke Macfarlane; hit true crime doc Taken Together: Who Killed Lyric and Elizabeth (Max); dating experiment The Marriage Pact (Roku); and docuseries Addison Rae Goes Home (Snapchat).

Prior to launching Maven, Sebastian was president of Sirens Media, an ITV America company, where she played an integral role in redefining and elevating the label’s brand via new series and partnerships with talent such as Cara Delevingne, Marsai Martin, Loren Gray, Jamie Lee and Nikita Dragun, and with streamers and networks including Netflix, E!, TBS, Max, Snapchat and others. Before Sirens, Sebastian was head of alternative programming for USA Network, overseeing production on multiple seasons of Chrisley Knows Best, as well as other series including First Impressions with Dana Carvey and Inside The FBI. Previously, she also served as vice president of current and development at Electus, overseeing a varied slate of formats.
